• By purchasing body armor, you confirm that you are not a convicted felon and you are legally permitted to own or use body armor in your jurisdiction.

• We do not sell or ship body armor to Connecticut residents, unless purchased by authorized law enforcement personnel with proper documentation.

• It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of body armor and tactical gear.

3. Product Information

 

• We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors, materials, and features may vary slightly.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

• All descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith, but we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.

 

4. Orders and Payment

 

• All orders are subject to acceptance and verification.

• Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received in full.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Once shipped, Mitchell and Son Body Armor Outlet is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the sensitive nature of body armor and tactical equipment, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on body armor, holsters, or tactical gear unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

• Apparel (T-shirts and hoodies) may be exchanged for size issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

7. Warranty Disclaimer

• We make no express or implied warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.
